  • Matches the item originally delivered by Baby Mart

  • Opened personal-use items
  • Sale or clearance items marked non-returnable
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer use

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following depending on the case:

Exchange Policy

Return Shipping
